Check In at Sheremetyevo Airport now through Skype
Russian tourists flying from Sheremetyevo airport may check in through Skype from now on.
By making a video call passengers should simply confirm the date and number of their flight, name and e- ticket number to the airport operator. During the Skype check-in they should show passport and visa to prove the legal entry to the destination country and requesting airport wheelchair assistance if needed. They will be able to then print their boarding pass at home. Airlines available for Skype check in are Aeroflot, KLM, Air France, Air Astana, Aerosvit, Hainan Airlines, Air Baltic, Transaero and Turkish Airlines. There are of course some limitations to this service like children traveling unaccompanied, or those traveling with animals.
